A Caring Pet Service & Retreat LLC was founded in 2005. It was started by Rosemarie Christopher and Jolene Josie due to the increasing need for pet care providers in the Cleveland/Akron geographic area. We wanted to provide all the services different pet owners needed. A Caring Pet Service & Retreat LLC is a full service pet care company serving southern Cuyahoga, Medina, and Summit counties in Ohio. A Caring Pet Service & Retreat LLC will offer the following services: pet sitting, dog daycare, dog walking/potty breaks, pet boarding and transportation.

A Caring Pet Service & Retreat LLC is available from 6:00am thru 12:00am, seven days a week. Pet sitting and dog walking/potty breaks are available 365 days a year. Dog daycare, pet boarding and pet transportation is available 365 days a year with the exception of dropping off or picking up a pet on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (after 3:00pm) and Christmas Day. We pride ourselves in being very flexible for our customers. There will always be at least one person in the facility at all times. Appointments and reservations are required with a last minute fee of $25.00 for less than 24 hours notice.

As active members in the pet rescue community, A Caring Pet will continue to foster pets and provide support to these rescues and non-profit organizations. Our facility and services are available for free to battered women to allow them to leave their current situation in order for them and their children to begin a new life without fear of harm coming to their beloved pet. We are also available to assist the local community during a natural disaster.
